A collection of memories, thoughts, and feelings. I wrote and put this short while living abroad in Barcelona — a time when everything in my life shifted and forced me to see things differently. It was my first time away from home, I had just lost my childhood dog, and life was asking more of me than ever before. Whenever I feel low, I come back to this piece to remind myself of what makes me happy — the small, beautiful things that make me want to live forever.
