Kodak is one of those projects I feel deeply connected to. Its main inspiration came from Juan Pablo Echeverri’s Miss Foto Japón series and the iconic photo booth scene in Vincent Gallo’s Buffalo ’66. I hadn’t met Zuco before this shoot, but we clicked instantly — it turned into a friendship and a creative collaboration that’s continued ever since.

This project was originally produced under That Nice Video Store, a production company I co-founded and directed. The company has since ceased operations, and the work is presented here as part of my individual body of creative authorship.
